Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I add a USCIS case number?
Open the app, tap the + button on the home screen, and enter your receipt number (e.g. IOE0000000000).
- How often is my case status updated?
GreenCard Tracker polls USCIS every few hours. You'll receive a push notification and/or email as soon as a change is detected.
- Can I track more than one case?
Yes. You can add multiple receipt numbers — ideal for tracking your whole family's cases in one place.
- I stopped receiving notifications. What should I do?
Check that notifications are enabled for GreenCard Tracker in your device's Settings app. Also verify your email address in the app under Settings → Account.
- My case status looks different from the USCIS website.
There may be a short delay between a USCIS update and our next polling cycle. Pull to refresh inside the app to trigger an immediate check.
Account & Data Deletion
To permanently delete your account, open the app and go to Settings → Delete account.
All personal data will be permanently removed within 7 days.

We collect only the data necessary to monitor your USCIS cases and deliver notifications. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
